• shelduck - juv bird flew off Holden Wood this morning but had returned when I returned at 3pm
• cormorant - 4 at Holden Wood
• grey heron 1 at Holden Wood & 1 at Calf Hey
• great crested grebe - 1 on Ogden & 5 on Calf Hey
• peregrine - 1 upsetting 18 jackdaws
• moorhen - 2 adults & 3 juvs at Holden Wood
• coot - 1 at Holden Wood
• little ringed plover - 3 at Holden Wood
• lapwing - 30 at Holden Wood
• black tailed godwit - 1 at Holden Wood, unfortunately flew off before others could view it.  Record shot attached

• lesser black backed gull - 1 on Holden Wood and small numbers passing through

• goldcrest - family party in King's Hillock Wood

• dipper - 2 in the outflow at Holden Wood

• robin - 9 at Calf Hey including 2 juvs in different areas
• dunnock - 1 at Calf Hey
