Cormorant, 2 on Clowbridge,

Mallard, 8 on Clowbridge,

Teal, 2 females on the Lagoon later flew on the res,

Sparrowhawk, 1 soaring over Nutshaw with Jackdaws for company,

Merlin, female came through and rose high into the air in pursuit of a Skylark. The pair rose ever higher to approx. 400 feet with the Merlin making many passes at the calling lark! The lark then started to drop back to the ground with the Merlin still in pursuit but made it back to cover....just about!

Kestrel, 2 singles,

L.B.B.Gull, c6 through north,

B.H.Gull, 2 on the res,

Stock Dove, 2 on Nutshaw,

Little Owl, 1 on its dry stone wall,

Skylark, just the one!

Swallow, c12 locals & 30 through south in flocks to 4 birds,

House Martin, 5 through south,

Meadow Pipit, c60 through south in flocks to 13 birds,

Pied Wagtail, c8 around the res bank,

Mistle Thrush, 1 over west,

Chiffchaff, singing bird from the plantation at Compston's,

Jackdaw, c30 over Nutshaw,

Raven, pair over twice with male tumbling & calling,

Goldfinch, charm of c30 birds,

Chaffinch, c6 over south,

Redpoll, 1,1 & 8 over Compston's south and a single in the car park,

Siskin, 1,1 & 3 over Compston's south,
