• mallard - 18 on Buckhurst Lodge
• teal - 1 female flew off the bottom lodges near the chimney
• goosander - 1 female flew south west
• cormorant - flock of 6 seen flying over AMR, 5 of which turned and flew south west and 1 of which appeared to fly to AMR
• grey heron - 1 near Buckhurst Lodge
• great crested grebe - 2 on AMR
• sparrowhawk - 1 female carrying prey, thought to be a meadow pipit
• buzzard - 1
• kestrel - 10 sightings of at least 4 birds
• peregrine - 2 soaring over Buckhurst
• moorhen -  1 adult and 3 juvs
• black headed gull - c100 at AMR
• lesser black backed gull - c250 on AMR
• woodpigeon - c12
• great spotted woodpecker - 1 at Cheesden flew off towards AMR
• magpie - c8

• carrion crow - c12
• goldcrest - at least 1 in a mixed flock
