Surprised with coldest temps so far this season getting down to -3.9ºC overnight that a Small Tortoiseshell butterfly would be out at 13:00 sunning itself on a neighbours gutter. Temp only stood at 2.2ºC at that point. Brave soul or just disturbed I wonder.
